Seller and payment roles

GMuller AI is the brand used by Gonçalo Müller, currently an individual operator. Consumer support and complaints: gmullerai@gmail.com; telephone: +358 40 376 4326. GMuller AI provides and supports the digital product. For a Managed Payments order, Stripe's Sold through Link is the merchant of record for payment and handles applicable payment, tax and transaction-support processes. That payment role does not replace GMuller AI as the product provider.

Product, price and payment obligation

Budapest Travel Guide for Couples — 2027 Edition contains exactly two downloadable English PDFs: Budapest for Two — 2027 Edition and Budapest AI Travel Prompt Pack — 2027. The planned introductory price is €11.99 EUR; €14.99 EUR is the standard reference price. The configured EUR prices are tax inclusive. The actual total, currency and payment terms must appear before an order is placed. Placing an order through checkout creates a payment obligation; a success-page visit alone does not prove payment or create access.

Digital delivery, access and licence

After verified payment and required durable contract confirmation, we provide secure access to both PDFs. Access to the purchased 2027 edition is permanent, including maintenance updates within that edition. A materially new edition is separate unless an upgrade is expressly offered. The licence is for personal, private use by your travel party; public redistribution, resale and commercial repackaging are prohibited. Expired temporary links can be recovered through the purchaser email or support without repurchasing.

Immediate supply and statutory withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, a 14-day statutory withdrawal period generally starts when the contract is concluded. The right may be lost after supply begins only where the legal conditions are met, including express prior consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the consequence, and required confirmation on a durable medium. Payment or downloading alone does not decide this. The supply request is separate from optional marketing. Submit a notice at https://goncalomuller.com/withdraw or email gmullerai@gmail.com. A notice and a refund decision are separate steps.

Missing or non-conforming files; refunds

Report a missing, inaccessible, defective or non-conforming file at https://goncalomuller.com/withdraw?reason=files or gmullerai@gmail.com. We review delivery, repair, replacement and other applicable mandatory remedies separately from withdrawal. Sold through Link may have a separate payment cancellation or refund process: https://support.link.com/questions/requesting-a-refund-for-a-sold-through-link-payment. GMuller AI may approve a limited goodwill refund for an exceptional duplicate order, serious unresolved delivery failure or another individually reviewed circumstance. There is no unconditional satisfaction guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
