B2B website terms

These terms apply to business use of the GMuller AI website and portals. Consumer checkout is not offered at initial launch.

Enquiries, proposals and agreements

Website content and estimates are informational and are not binding offers. Scope, price, responsibilities, delivery, intellectual property and payment terms become binding only through a separately accepted B2B proposal or contract.

Payments

There is no public Stripe checkout. Contracts and payments are manually initiated by GMuller AI after the lead or customer agreement. Never send card details through forms, messages or file uploads.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, use only their authorized organization and role, and must not probe, disrupt, circumvent access controls, upload malicious material or misuse AI and automation capabilities.

AI-assisted functions

AI output may be incomplete and should be reviewed before consequential use. Founder approval gates and server-side authorization govern protected actions. External content does not obtain Founder authority.

Availability and liability

We may suspend access to protect users or systems. Service-specific warranties, remedies and liability limits are established in the signed B2B agreement and mandatory applicable law.
